So far I’ve interviewed over 2300 people in my career. I’ve run qualitative research projects for B2B businesses in North America, Europe and Australia.

When I started my career in B2B, I was consistently speaking to customers, trying to understand how they thought and made decisions. Without that insight, I knew I was risking every dollar we put into marketing and sales.

I have 23 years of B2B experience. I’ve been a director, responsible for million-dollar budgets, and I’ve also run scrappy campaigns inside startups.
