FAQs

Who is this course for?

For anyone in a customer-facing role or whose work can benefit from collecting direct insights from customers (or buyers).

In most businesses, these are people working in marketing, sales, customer success and product.

I’ve seen courses for 3 or 4 times the cost. Why is yours this price?

Many of the courses are complex, long and not easily actionable for a B2B. I wanted to create something straightforward that people could use right away.

This is also not my primary source of income. I thought this price made it accessible for anyone who wants to get better at running customer interviews.

How much is it?

It’s $125 USD.

How long does the course take to complete?

In total, the videos are about two hours long, but I've designed this course to be a reference as you conduct your own customer interviews. You can hop back in at any time.

How long does a research project take?

It depends on the availability of interviewees but I always say to plan for about 4-12 weeks from start to finish.

That said I’ve delivered key insights in as little as three weeks with the methods I outline here. Sometimes in just a few days.
